Activities

After breakfast we depart to Kibale Forest. With optional activities such us, a walk around the lodge in the afternoon .During this walk it is possible to see monkeys and birds. It is also possible to make a night walk through the forest to see the animals of the night, like bush babies.

Kibale Forest is a spectacular jungle, with 13 primate species! Including Chimps, Baboons, Grey cheeked Mangabey and L'Hoest monkey, Black and White Colobus, Red Colobus. Accommodation in Kibale Forest.

Activities

Chimpanzee trekking in the morning or in the afternoon. For people interested in primates and birds and willing to make another walk we can make a community walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary as well. Visit one of the crater lakes. Afterwards transfer to Semuliki National Park. Then in the afternoon Visit Sempaya Hot Springs, a unique place and the only lowland jungle in East Africa, part of the Congo eco system. Accommodation in Semuliki National Park.

Destination: Semuliki National Park - Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Transfer to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. On our way we pass the equator where we will make a stop. Game drive in the afternoon. Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the best places in Uganda to see lions. Expect to see elephants, lions, many hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes and maybe leopards. Accommodation in Queen Elizabeth.

Activities

In the morning go for Chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura Gorge. This forested Gorge is over 500 meters deep and up to 1 km wide. Then Afternoon enjoy a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel.

Kazinga Channel is one of the highlights of Uganda and high concentration of hippos in the world. Accommodation in Queen Elizabeth.

Destination: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable.

Activities

Enjoy a nature walk in Maramagambo Forest during morning hours, thereafter depart to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for an overnight.

Bwindi Impenetrable is a unique jungle, one of the two places you can find Mountain Gorillas in the world, and on your trek you will see many monkey species. (Driving time depends on the area in Bwindi we stay). Accommodation: In Bwindi National Park but this depends on the group of gorilla you will be tracking in Buhoma, Ruhija and Nkuringo.

Gorilla trekking. Early morning departure with your ranger in search for one of the world's most remarkable and endangered animal, the (Mountain Gorilla). You will spend one hour with one of our closest relatives. An experience you will never forget. Accommodation: In Bwindi National Park but this depends on the group of gorilla you will be tracking in Buhoma, Ruhija and Nkuringo.

Destination: Bwindi Impenetrable - Lake Mutanda.

Transfer to Lake Mutanda, one of the most beautiful places in Uganda. On a clear day you can see the 3 volcanoes in the distance. Relax at the lodge or do one of the following activities (one activity included) boat trip on the lake, walk along the lake or to the local people, go for a swim, or visit the pygmies. (Driving time to Lake Mutanda depends on the area in Bwindi we stay.) Accommodation in Lake Mutanda Resort.

Depart to Mgahinga National Park is part of the Virunga Volcanoes and borders Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park. Apart from Mountain Gorillas, the stars of Mgahinga are the golden monkeys, a subspecies of the Blue Monkey. Accommodation in Lake Mutanda.

Destination: Lake Mutanda – Volcanoes National Park (Rwanda).

Transfer to the Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. The park is part of Virunga Mountains, found in 3 countries: Uganda, Rwanda and Congo. Together with Bwindi this is the only place in the world to see the Mountain Gorillas. With an optional visit to a pygmy village on the way. Accommodation in volcanoes National Park.

Today have a list of optional activities such as; go for a second gorilla tracking (but book in advance in order to secure your permit), do a nature walk in the national park, visit the golden monkeys, climb a volcano, or visit the Twin Lakes, Lake Ruhondo and Lake Burera. Destination: Volcanoes National Park – Kibuye.

After breakfast, depart to Kibuye by the shores of Lake Kivu. Relax at the shores of this beautiful lake. With possible optional activities of walking along the lake or boat trip on the lake or visit a vising village. Accommodation in Kibuye.

Destination: Kibuye - Nyungwe Forest.

Activities

After breakfast, transfer to Nyungwe Forest, this is one of the East Africa's largest forests. A home to over 13 primate species including chimpanzees. Expect to see attractive monkeys like L'Hoest Monkey and Owl Faced Monkey, Angolan Black Colobus, Blue Monkeys and Mona Money. (Optional walk around the lodge to see monkeys and birds). Accommodation in Volcanoes National Park.

Destination: Nyungwe Forest.

Activities

Chimpanzee tracking in the morning, experience them feeding, watch them around swinging on the trees. The chimpanzees are closest relatives to humans, during this walk you can also able to see variety of different monkey species and birds. Optional visit of a tea factory in the afternoon. Accommodation in Nyungwe Forest.

Today we make a beautiful waterfall walk in search for monkeys (mainly Angolan Black Colobus and Mona Monkey. It is also with a possible optional activity of Canopy walk. Accommodation in Nyungwe Forest.
